Privacy

Last updated 12 September 2026

glu.tv has no accounts and no ads, and nothing on it is for sale. That leaves very little to collect. Here's the little there is.

Traffic: Google Analytics 4

We run GA4 to see whether anyone's watching. That's the only reason it's here.

Cookies set_ga, _ga_*
Who sees itUs, in Google's dashboard. Google processes it under its own privacy policy
Our own visitsExcluded, so they don't skew the numbers

GA4 is the only analytics on the site. No ad pixels, nothing that follows you around other websites. And none of it gets sold.

Watching a film

Every embed on glu.tv uses YouTube's nocookie domain, which cuts down the tracking YouTube would otherwise do before you press play. It doesn't switch tracking off altogether. Once a video starts playing, or if you're signed into a Google account, Google's own privacy policy takes over for that part. We don't see any of it and we don't store it.

The contact form

Use the form and we get what you typed into it: your name, your email, your message. It goes straight to our inbox and isn't written to a database, so there's nowhere for it to sit and pile up. We use it to reply to you, not to add you to a list.

What we don't do

There are no accounts, so there's no profile of you to build anywhere. No advertising cookies either. Nothing gets shared with anyone beyond what's described above, and your data isn't for sale any more than the rest of the site is.

Your rights

glu.tv sits below the turnover threshold that makes the Australian Privacy Act compulsory, but we follow the Australian Privacy Principles anyway. You can ask what we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete it.

If you're visiting from the EU or UK, we haven't built a separate consent flow, and GA4's cookies are set on arrival rather than gated behind a banner. If that matters to you, your browser's own tracking controls are the most reliable lever you've got here.

Getting in touch

Questions about any of this go to the contact page, same as everything else.
